Shipping policy

Our boxes are shipped across Canada, from coast to coast, using UPS and FedEx. 

Orders placed before the 15th of each month will be included in the following month’s box shipment. All boxes are sent out during the last week of each month, so your dog’s surprises arrive right at the turn of the new one.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, but most boxes arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your parcel is on its way.

We currently ship only within Canada as we focus on supporting and sourcing from local suppliers.
